No sorry, we don't have any PC Version planed right now. You can try an Emulator for PC.

Yes it got removed by Google, however it is still available as download and we are already working on a new version for google play.
other than android do you have Mac or windows?
There is no Windows or Mac version yet. You could use an emulator if you want to use the app on your PC.
