Are you able to utilize the TTS feature build in android or add sounds for the commands like "down", "back uo" , "hold" "break" ?
This Couleur make the app more accessibil. Especialy if you can signal the System that the Button on top is not a regulär Button for talkback double tap but requires direct input. If the second idea is not possible a blind mode would be creat where all commandos are read out by tts so that a blind user can deactivate talkback for the erxercise.

Not for now. Apple don’t allow such apps.

No. The Browser don't allow to read phone sensor data.
